Douglas Jones, MD, is the founder and director of Rocky Mountain Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology in Utah, Immunity Group Australia in Sydney, and cofounder of Global Food Initiative. He also leads the Food Allergy Support Team, a nonprofit for food allergy best practices, and directs the Allergy Microbiome Foundation, focusing on allergic disorder prevention and treatment. Previously, he managed the Covid Long-Hauler’s program at Tanner Clinic.
Dr. Jones works with people who want to take a proactive approach to their food allergies and sensitivities. He works to sort fact from fiction. He helps people better understand their options so they can live confidently, liberated from fear and empowered to act and move from surviving to thriving.
Dr. Jones earned his medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine and completed residency and fellowship training in allergy, asthma, and immunology at Creighton University Medical Center. Board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, he is renowned for his innovative work in food allergy treatment and microbiome research. Dr. Jones has published extensively, speaks at global medical meetings, and has received numerous accolades, including the Hereditary Angioedema Allies Award, Most Compassionate Doctor, America’s Top Physicians, Patient’s Choice Award, and Salt Lake City’s Best of Utah’s Body and Mind 2022 #1 Allergist.
